$25,860 for Married Couple Living Together
Some situations allow for higher incomes.
Resource Limits (w/allowance for funeral or burial expenses):
$17,220 for Individual
$34,360 for Married Couple Living Together
Primary residence is excluded in this calculation but count the value of bank accounts, certificates of deposit, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc. The online application states, "Do NOT count your home, vehicles, personal possessions, life insurance, burial plots, irrevocable burial contracts or back payments from Social Security or SSI."
